If you are very confused what to wear what kind scoreboard for your games, I recommend that you use this patch. The patch is named simosami scoreboard selector v2. You can choose what you want the scoreboard to use in your pes game. This patch comes with 15 types of scoreboard. For more details you can see these screenshots :

 

 Install Patch :

- Run the PES 2013 Scoreborad Selector.exe

- After finish Choose your favorite scoreboard
- Click on Your Favorite scoreboard then extract the folder manually
